Can solar panels be installed on a factory metal-sheet roof?
Yes. Modules are fixed to the sheet profile with purpose-made clamps or on short tilt legs, keeping the load well within what a standard industrial shed carries. We check the purlin spacing and sheet condition first.
Do businesses and factories get solar subsidy?
No — PM Surya Ghar subsidy is only for residential connections and housing societies. Businesses benefit instead from higher tariffs (so faster payback) and, where applicable, accelerated depreciation on solar assets. Ask your CA how it applies to you.
